General description:
The living room is very light space with open plan kitchen and access to the covered terrace and garden handy for chilling out or eating.

Three minutes from a bus stop to take you to the station or to get you around the historical town.

Also available is our main double room if requested.

Vous bénéficierez d’un parking privé gratuit dans la résidence, ce qui est un plus à Nîmes où tous les stationnements sont payants.
L’appartement entièrement rénové est situé à 10 min à pied de la gare, des arènes romaines et du nouveau musée de la romanité.
La salle de bain avec une très grande douche est juste à côté de la chambre.
Vous aurez accès à tout l’appartement et en particulier à la terrasse et au petit jardin.

Patrick et moi serons heureux de vous renseigner au mieux sur la ville, nous vous fournirons des documents et un plan.
Nous vous proposons également, à la demande, un petit déjeuner copieux et varié, adapté à vos goûts, avec boissons à volonté, confitures maison, etc.

General description:
Le séjour est très lumineux avec une cuisine américaine et donne accès direct à la terrasse couverte et au petit jardin où il fait bon se reposer ou prendre ses repas.
Il y a possibilité de louer aussi la grande chambre. Me contacter.

À 3 min de l’appartement se trouve une station de tram-bus et bus qui peuvent vous faire faire le tour du centre historique où vous amener à la gare si vous ne voulez pas marcher.

Une boulangerie est juste au coin de la rue, et plusieurs moyennes surfaces très proches vous permettront de faire vos courses.

A free private parking space is available just in front of the residence, a big plus in central Nîmes where all street parking is now paying.

10 minutes' walk from the Roman amphitheatre, Musée de la Romanité and train station small but comfortable room in completely renovated apartment.
The bathroom with spacious shower is situated next to the room.

You will have access to the whole apartment including the south-facing terrace and small garden.


Patrick and I will be happy to provide all the information you need to visit the city including relevant brochures and maps.

A full and varied breakfast is provided on request catering for all tastes (home made jam and marmelade, cereals, croissants, tea, coffee, milk etc).

Ubicado en un apartamento completamente restaurado y a solamente 15 minutos a pie del anfiteatro romano y de la estación FFCC, una habitación pequeña con sala de baño/ ducha amplia contigua.
Tendréis acceso al apartamento entero incluido a la terraza orientada hacia él sur y al jardín.

Hay un lugar gratuito para estacionar disponible delante del bloque de apartamento.

Patrick y yo estaremos muy contentos de poner a vuestro disposición todas las informaciones imprescindibles para visitar la ciudad de Nîmes (mapas, folletos etc).

Un desayuno variado está disponible bajo pedido.

La sala de estar es un espacio luminoso con cocina abierta y con acceso a la terraza cubierta y al jardín donde se puede relajar o/y comer tranquilamente.
